As of Sept. 2009, all TX schools are to have an IPM Policy adopted by the School Board. This policy was written by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB), a copy of what this sample policy would look is found in this section. For school districts who contract part or all of their pest control out, there are several sample documents to help you write bid specifications and request for proposals (RFP). Remember when requesting a contractor to help with an IPM program, the school district is still required to conduct some of the IPM program themselves. Each TX ISD is required to have an employee as the IPM coordinator. School IPM Rules
