Welcome to the school IPM resources and forms page.  This page is broken into two major section forms and resources.  Under the forms section you will find a variety of documents to help you keep records and document your IPM program. Under the resources section you will find several subsections with helpful information to educate your staff, upgrade your program or help you solve a pest problem.

FORMS

Structural Pest Control Service Forms    In this section are forms and documents that are required or suggested for schools to use in their TX school IPM program.

IPM Inspection, Monitoring and Sighting Logs  This section contains a variety of checklists, monitoring sheets and other record-keeping items to assist with the IPM program.

IPM Program Documentation Within this section you will find documents and resources to help you document and implement your school IPM program.  School IPM Rules

RESOURCES

Pest Management Plans Plans and other factsheets are located within this section.  This section will help with pest problems and help establish routine operations and maintenance roles to ensure the district’s pest problems are managed at accepted levels.

Public Health Pests Information & Resources  This section is offered as guidance for dealing with some possible related problems to IPM like head lice, scabies, mosquitoes and other infectious diseases.

IPM Presentations, Educational Handouts, and other school IPM Training Tools Education is an important component of the IPM program.  Within this section you will find handouts, brochures and power presentations to help you educate yourself, your staff and teachers.

Manual & Guides  This section offers a chance to purchase our school IPM manual or other guides to help you with your IPM program.

IPM Cost Calculator  A NEW tool to help you access your school campuses for the threat of pests.

Information for Teachers & Volunteers  Information for science, nature, agricultural and teachers wanting to start a school garden.
